What we do

The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and support to children, youth and their families who reside in British Columbia (BC).

All services provided by the Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre are free, and include educational events for families, educators and health professionals.

Services we offer

The Centre offers information and resources on a wide range of mental health and substance use issues affecting children and youth. These include, but are not limited to:

  • depression
  • anxiety
  • attention deficit
  • behavioural problems
  • child / youth / adult eating disorders
  • child / youth substance use

How it works

Information and resources are provided to families across BC over the phone, in person, via email and online, by professionals, parent and youth peer support workers, and an eating disorders peer support worker.
