Metacognitive Therapy and Cognitive Remediation Training Opportunity

The Cognitive Neuroscience of Schizophrenia (CNoS) Lab is currently conducting an important research study comparing the effects of metacognitive training (MCT) and cognitive remediation training (CRT) for individuals living with psychosis.

Recruitment is currently underway for upcoming groups. Participation involves attending groups as well as a set of paid research sessions before groups begin, mid-way through groups, and after groups have finished. Groups are ongoing and are currently held at the Diamond Health Care Centre (2775 Laurel St.). Groups meet twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. The CRT group runs from 5:15-6:15 and the MCT groups runs from 6:30-7:30. A description of each treatment type is provided below.
