HeretoHelp is a project of the BC Partners for Mental Health and Addictions

Since 2003, the partners have been working together to help people live well and better prevent and manage mental health and substance use problems. 

BC Partners' work is funded by BC Mental Health and Substance Use Services. The partners also receive some additional support from the Ministry of Children and Family Development.

Kelty Resource Centre

The Kelty Mental Health Resource Centre is a provincial resource centre that provides mental health and substance use information, resources, and peer support to children, youth and their families from across BC. They also provide peer support to people of all ages with eating disorders. All of their services are free of charge, and you can reach them over the phone, in person, or through email. Email:

MindCheck is a website designed to help youth and young adults in British Columbia check out how they are feeling and quickly connect with mental health resources and support. Support includes education, self-care tools, website links and assistance in connecting to local professional resources.
