Referral questions
Most of our programs require a referral from a health care professional or case manager.

If you are interested in receiving treatment with us, contact your health professional.

If you have a question about the status of a referral package you have submitted, contact your health authority liaison directly. If you are not sure what health authority you are a part of, visit the Government of BC website. 

Email us for any questions about the referral process or status of a referral for Ashnola at the Crossing, Cedars at Cobble Hill or Phoenix Society.

If you are currently using our services but would like to access another program, please speak with your case manager for more information.

Media
Our communications team is dedicated to providing a timely response to all media inquiries about our programs and services, mental health and substance use issues and more. 

A PHSA communications team member is available during the day, after-hours and on the weekends to help coordinate interviews with appropriate spokespeople and to provide accurate information as quickly as possible.
