Your experiences as patients and families are rich sources of information that can provide insights to help improve the quality of care.
To advance this, staff, patients, and families are partnering across all BCMHSUS sites to develop a patient experience measurement strategy.
More information will be shared here in the fall of 2020.
Patient Care Quality Office
Your concerns as patients and families are important to us. If you have a concern or complaint, here are some actions you can take:
- Address the concern directly with the person who provided the service or to the manager of the unit. Complaints are best resolved at the time and place they occur.
- Some sites also have comment boxes. If your care site has one, you may also write a comment card and share it with us anonymously.
- If your complaint remains unresolved, you can contact the PHSA Patient Care Quality Office (PCQO) directly.
